To taste samples of Pinot Noir currently in barrels, the wines are presented “blind” in flights of six as arranged by the Workshop.
To taste experiments or comparative trials undertaken by your winery. These will be tasted in the afternoons depending on numbers and time available.
To taste Pinot Noirs supplied by the Workshop including Burgundies and/or other International wines.
To taste bottled samples of previous vintages of Pinot Noir, at informal pre-dinner tastings.
When you select the wine you intend to submit to the formal tasting, give consideration to showing something you have questions about, or perhaps wine you have rescued from some threatening malady. This will help us to learn how to avoid or repair problems in wines.
