Our Guest Speaker at The Southern Pinot Workshop 2027 will be

David Croix of Domaine des CROIX

If you don’t know David – David Croix is at the head of the Domaine des Croix, located in the heart of Beaune. He perfected his winemaking skills with Benjamin Leroux of the Domaine du Comte Armand in Pommard, He went through the viti-oeno diploma in Tours, before leaving for Burgundy where he graduated from the Master of Oenology in Dijon in 2001

• Location: Beaune, Côtes de Beaune, Burgundy
• Size: 6.37 ha (15.74 ac)
• Varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
• Viticulture: Sustainable, organic methods
• Vinification: Partial whole cluster depending on the vintage, ambient yeast fermentation, aged in barrels (up to 40% new), no fining, no filtration.
