Friday January 24th

8:30am      Burgundy Pinot Noir tasting presented by the Winemaker

10.30am    Morning Tea

11.00am    First flight of NZ barrel samples 2024

12.30pm    Second flight of NZ barrel samples 2024

2.00pm      Lunch

2.30pm      Third flight of NZ barrel samples 2024

6:00pm      Informal tasting of previous vintages of Pinot Noir (2023 if possible)

7:30pm      Dinner

Day 3

Saturday January 25th

7:30am      Breakfast

8:30am      Fourth flight of NZ barrel samples 2024

10.00am    Morning Tea

11.30am    Fifth flight of NZ barrel samples 2024 (No of sessions depends on no of wineries/winemakers attending)

1:30pm      Quick Overview of the Workshop
